Our products are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. They have no therapeutic properties within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Medicinal Products and Medical Devices (LPTh).

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Website and all relationships it generates are governed exclusively by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to its use falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the canton of Neuchâtel, subject to mandatory provisions of Swiss law regarding jurisdiction.
