3. VAT and importation
Swissness Group SA is established in Switzerland, outside the fiscal territory of the European Union. The VAT due in the country of destination is collected at the time of purchase and remitted through the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS). No customs duty or additional tax is charged to the customer on delivery.

5. Terms of sale
Any order placed from the European Union is governed by our terms and conditions of sale — European Union, which set out in particular the fourteen-day right of withdrawal, its exceptions and the legal guarantee of conformity.
6. Regulations applicable to the products
The products sold under the AUA Hydrate brand are food supplements within the meaning of Directive 2002/46/EC. Their labelling and consumer information fall under Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, and nutrition and health claims under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. They are not medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
7. Intellectual property
All elements making up the site — texts, images, photographs, videos, illustrations, logos, visual identity, the “AUA Hydrate” brand, domain name, product formulas and compositions, source code — are the exclusive property of Swissness Group SA or its partners.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of Swissness Group SA, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement.
8. Hyperlinks
The site may contain links to third-party sites. Swissness Group SA exercises no control over their content and disclaims all liability in that regard.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and detailed in our privacy policy.
Customers have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, exercisable at info@aua-hydrate.ch. They may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of their country of residence (CNIL in France, the BfDI or the relevant Land authority in Germany, AEPD in Spain, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy).
Transfers of data to Switzerland rest on the European Commission's adequacy decision recognising that Switzerland provides an adequate level of protection.
10. Cookies
The site uses cookies. Their nature, purpose and the means of objecting to them are described in the dedicated section of our privacy policy.
11. Dispute resolution
Any complaint may be sent to info@aua-hydrate.ch. Should that fail, the consumer may use a consumer mediation scheme free of charge.
The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform definitively ceased operating on 20 July 2025, Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 having been repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. A link to that platform is therefore no longer required or functional.
12. Reporting content
To report content that is inaccurate, unlawful or infringing, write to info@aua-hydrate.ch. Every report is handled diligently.
13. Governing law
This site is governed by Swiss law. That designation does not deprive consumers residing in the European Union of the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence, in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).
